  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Work experience – 2 to 5 years.
  • Proven experience in software development with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and programming languages.
