    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the team's technical skills are up-to-date.
    • 4. Resource Allocation:
    • Manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of team members' skills and expertise.
    • Plan and coordinate staffing needs for current and upcoming projects.
    • 5. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and enforce best practices for coding standards, code reviews, and testing procedures.
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
    • 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and other departments to align engineering efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms.
    • 7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering team.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    Work experience – 2 to 5 years.
    Proven experience in software development with a focus on leadership and management.
    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Experience with agile development methodologies.
    Familiarity with relevant technologies and programming languages.
