Trainers must also ensure that their teaching methods are effective and engaging.
We have a team of moderators who are present in each class or session of every course, monitoring every course, live. They help in making sure that all the sessions run smoothly and professionally and provide the support needed for both students and instructors.
Infyni has a team of professionally trained moderators overseeing every session on our platform who ensure the classes meet the learning outcomes. They also help communicate feedback between students and instructors.

In the event of any inappropriate behavior, they are authorized to take immediate action and report the same as per guidelines.
