Go to Infyni website and login using your registered email. Click on the settings icon in the navigation bar on the top. You’ll see an option to change password. Click on change password, enter your registered email and the current password and the new password. Click on submit and your password has been successfully updated
Changing email address is not supported on Infyni. If you wish to use another email address then you can create a new account using a new email address.
Login to your Infyni account by entering your registered email and password, click on the settings menu in the top right corner and you will see an option - My Profile. Click on it to be redirected to the My Profile screen where you can edit the section you’d like to.
After logging in and being redirected to the dashboard, click on the settings menu in the top right corner and you will find the option - My Profile there. Click on it to be redirected to the My Profile screen where you can edit the section you’d like to.

Moderators assigned to your course are your first point of contact for any grievance. They can be reached by WhatsApp through the student group you are expected to join at the start of your course. For any urgent resolution you can always reach out to any of the Infyni team members in the WhatsApp group.
