You can attend a free trial for any course you wish to try before paying for the course. Please get in touch with Infyni at : sales@infyni.com to schedule a time that is convenient.
You can subscribe to a monthly course while checking out during payment or you can choose to subscribe to it from the subsequent month by going to Manage Subscriptions and activating the subscription by paying. Once you have not paid the fee for the monthly course, you will only have access to the sessions and course material for which you have paid the fee.
No. You will not be able to attend the subsequent classes unless you have paid the fee of the course. But, the Assignments, Assessments and Courseware that were provided for the Demo Session will still be available to you.
You cannot attend the classes without enrolling into the course. You will have to sign up, login and enroll into the course to be able to attend the classes.
There are different options to make payment for a course which are:
You can make the payment through your debit/credit cards.
Using your internet banking details.
You can pay using your digital wallets and
You can use UPI apps to make the payment
A monthly course is a subscription based course in which you’ll be required to make a payment on a fixed date every month. A one-time course requires the payment to be made when you enroll for the course.
You can schedule a demo session for a course you want to enroll for and see if you like the course material and the teaching method. Once enrolled for a course after making the payment, refund will be provided based on different parameters.

If you fail to attend a class that was scheduled, you will be given the option to get a make-up session in place of the missed one. However, you should inform in advance in case of availability.
You are not entitled to a refund if a class was canceled by the instructor. However, Infyni will try to inform you in advance of any cancellations, as far as possible.
You’re given the option to choose a payment method you’re comfortable with when you checkout. Hence, you’re free to choose everytime you checkout. With regards to Payment Details, Your Name and Address is editable in the billing address from but your phone number is editable from - My Profile.
You can view your past transactions from the Course Payments screen. All the payments that you have made towards either one-time or monthly courses will appear here. Alternatively, all the courses that you have enrolled into will also appear.

No. You can only pay for courses that will reflect in your account. Course Payments towards a particular ID are accepted only when done while being logged in with the respective credentials.
