This beginner-level online chess course is designed for young learners and absolute beginners who want to build a strong foundation in chess. Across six modules, students will explore piece movements, attacking and defensive strategies, key tactical tools, and the rules of special moves like castling and en passant. Through practice games, test reviews, and guided game analysis, they’ll gradually learn to play full games with confidence and strategy.
Learners will also be introduced to tactical themes like pins, discovered attacks, and double checks, which are essential for competitive play. The course concludes with a combination of group activities, one-on-one sessions, and tournament-style play to reinforce knowledge through experience.
