This 24-session intermediate violin course is tailored for students with a basic understanding of violin technique and music reading. The course builds on foundational bowing and fingering while introducing new techniques like shifting to 3rd position, vibrato, and double stops. Learners will explore musical expression through phrasing and articulation and practice ensemble playing. The course culminates in a live recital and performance feedback, preparing students for more advanced repertoire and solo work.
