In this course student learn from absolute beginners the fundamentals of chess through a structured curriculum. Lessons begin with understanding the chessboard, setting up pieces, and learning their movements. Key rules such as check, checkmate, stalemate, castling, and pawn promotion are introduced early to establish gameplay basics.Students then learn opening principles, focusing on controlling the center, developing pieces, and ensuring king safety. Common checkmating patterns like two-rook and king-and-queen checkmates build confidence in finishing games. Basic tactics, including forks, pins, and skewers, discover attack,double check,interference,middlegame and endgame strategies and principles.
Myself Tanvi I am an National Chess player and also Arena Candidate Master (ACM) with over 17 years of competitive chess experience at both national and international levels. I specialize in chess strategies, tactics, opening repertoires, and endgame theory, with a strong command of FIDE rules and tournament regulations. I have a proven track record of training students who have achieved FIDE ratings and excelled at national and state-level tournaments. i have 4.5 years of teaching experience.
