Apart from the basics of coding you will learn variables to loops and functions, with interactive, engaging apps. This course also includes problem-solving skills in Python made use of by colorful, fun examples. In the end older learners will learn to code with text-based games and apps for older learners and create beautiful graphics.
MIT studies show that programming is advantageous for cognitive development. In computer programming kids learn to type lines of code as well as to think differently. When kids get to design something of their own, it improves their creativity and artistic skills.
