?Living in the current world you are exposed to a lot of apparent and subtle stress. Be it from the environment, from people at work, difficult relationships at home, threatening peace at every level.
To be able to stand and face these adversities, there are practices that the Hindu philosophy offers. One such powerful means is learning the meaning of sanskrit shlokas.
Shlokas and bhajans have been proven to improve memory, concentration, and focus. Rooted in Sanatana dharma the practice of reciting shlokas enhance clarity in speech and develop linguistic skills at any age.
It doesnt matter how old you are, whether man or woman, professional or stay at home mothers, you will learn to calm the mind and reduce chatter.
If started at a young age, bhajans help inculcate the right discipline and inspire values like devotion, discipline, and truth. Take a trial and see for yourself. ?

I started learning Bharatanatyam from 4 years of age and took my certification in 2019 from Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University in Hyderabad. I teach Bharatanatyam, semiclassical and Bollywood style dance. I also teach shlokas related to Sanathana Hindu Dharma and recite stories related to Hinduism. I speak Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, English, Hindi, Marathi and understand Gujarati very well. My classes will focus on developing three important aspects: skill, strength and flexibility.
